. Same-Day Order Cancellations

Once a same-day order is confirmed and payment is processed:

  • Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
    Production, food preparation, and staffing begin immediately, which means costs are incurred right away.

  • If an emergency situation occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review options such as partial credit toward a future order.

2. Order Changes (Same-Day Orders)

Because same-day orders move quickly:

  • Order changes are only allowed within 15–30 minutes of placing the order, depending on order size.

  • After this window, we cannot adjust:

    • Guest count

    • Menu items

    • Delivery time

    • Add-ons or upgrades

We will always try our best to accommodate a request, but adjustments are not guaranteed for same-day orders.

3. Refund Policy for Same-Day Orders

  • All same-day orders are final sale.
    This includes nonrefundable costs for:

    • Food preparation

    • Staffing

    • Packaging

    • Delivery scheduling

  • If we are unable to fulfill an order due to an internal issue, you will receive a 100% refund or full credit, whichever you prefer.
