What are our days and hours of operation? Appetito Eatery separates itself from the rest of the catering industry with our 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Operation Hours, 7 days a week. With our earliest deliveries starting at 7:00 AM, and our latest deliveries being 10:00 PM.
What Areas & Cities does Appetito Eatery Service? - Burlington - Oakville - Mississauga - Milton - Hamilton - Georgetown If there's a special occasion or function you'd be interested in us servicing, please contact us directly as arrangements can be made.
Can we fulfill Same-day Orders? We accommodate same-day orders based on current kitchen capacity, menu item availability, and delivery schedules. Most core menu items can be prepared on short notice, while specialty dishes may require additional time. How do our Online Catering & Ordering services work? Once you place your order online, you’ll immediately receive an automated confirmation email from Appetito Eatery. Within 30 minutes, one of our representatives will reach out to you via both email and phone call. If you do not receive our emails, please contact us directly by text message or phone call. Kindly remain available during this time. If we do not hear back from you within the 30‑minute grace period, your order will be canceled. If you miss our call, call us back or email us to avoid cancellation.
What are our Minimum Order Requirements & Delivery Fees? ✅ Free Delivery (Standard Range): Orders of $150 or more qualify for free delivery within a 15 km radius. ⚠️ Orders Below $150: A small order fee of 20% of the order total will apply, plus $1 per km for every kilometer beyond the 15 km range. 🚚 Orders Above $150 (Out of Range): If your order meets the $150 minimum but is outside the 15 km radius, an additional $1 per km will be charged for each kilometer beyond the range. 🎁 Premium Free Delivery: Orders of $500 or more qualify for free delivery within a 50 km radius.

What is your Cancellation, Order Changes, and Refund Policy?
Can we customize menus based on dietary needs or preferences? Absolutely! We make it simple and transparent to order and we often follow up to guarantee all your requirements are met. We offer customized options & menus for all requirements. ( allergies, halal, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. )
Are we Licensed & Insured as a Catering Company? Absolutely! As a brand we pride ourselves with professional transparency, reliability & trustworthiness. If there are any concerns, we can provide clarification with documents to prove our credibility!
